Crawler-Veyor® is a reliable, single operator continuous haulage mining system for underground or highwall mining with seams as low as 29”  (737mm).  Remotely operated, it follows the miner while tramming on the underside of the chain conveyor.  Hydraulic cylinders lift the conveyor off of the mine floor when coal is to be conveyed.  The system is very safe, and can be any length up to 1,500’  (450m). Applications include thin seam, steep slope mining, room and pillar, shortwall, and longwall panel development.
